Saints Hi,
Here is a question many are asking me about at this time.
Does God care about our debt?
Matthew 18:27 Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.
Let’s look at the attitude of the Lord of the servants. He had compassion on him. The Lords throne is one of mercy and grace. Not just grace but both. Mercy or compassion is about emotions. When your child is sick you have compassion or mercy for her and that makes you get the medicine out the cupboard and make her take it, so that she would be well. What drives you is your emotions, your care, your concern? Your mercy is what moves you to help your child in trouble.
The medicine is the gift. The medicine is the grace.
Grace is what you give her. Eternal life is a gift of grace. It is not given to you because of you, but because it has moved the heart of the giver. The Lords love, concern and compassion is what moved Him to save you. What God gives you is what you need an object of grace.
Gods Riches At Christs Expense.
Your poor condition in finance is moving the Lords concern and mercy for you. He is concerned about your financial affairs. The Lord is concerned that you have debt. If he was the owner of your house there would be no bond. If he owned your car, I am sure he would not have to go to Nedbank to ask for financial assistance. If he calls us to owe no one anything but love, it is because he believes that we can do it. If he says He is El Shaddai then that means He can supply to us more than enough.
Now we know that the Lord can do it and we hear people say He is able. Of course He is! But is He willing to cause us to be debt free? We have to declare to him that we surrender to his plan to be debt free. Do you believe He is willing to cause you to be debt free? Is it on His heart to make you free from the bondage’s of needing financial assistance? When He says we must be lenders not borrowers does he mean it or is it just another nice, sweet inappropriate scripture?
So where then is the problem? When the Lord told Peter to throw down the nets on the other side Peter threw down one net. His disbelief would not allow him to throw down more nets. Well he lost the biggest catch of the day and had to call others to help him. He lost the full joy of that financial blessing because of unbelief. (Luke 5 v 5)
The above scripture says the Lord released (loosed) the servant from debt. How many of us believe that the Lord has released us from debt? Now to be released means to be declared debt free. How many of us will declare, even when our debt is current, that the Lord has declared us to be debt free. But faith you see, is what you say, not what you believe. Speak to that mountain of debt and command it to be cast into the sea. Declare to all who will listen to you, that you are debt free. What you say will come your way. Abraham changed his name to Abraham from Abram before a child was born. Every time Sarah called his name, Abraham, she was declaring he was the father of many nations and there wasn’t even a bun in the oven.
It is time for you to declare you are free from debt. Declare God is delivering you. Declare El Shaddai has come to your aid and his Angels are delivering you from every form of debt. Declare you are released from debt of all types. Declare you are debt free.
Then He forgave him. I thought it would be the other way round. Forgive then release or loose. But faith does not operate like that. You declare your freedom before it comes. Your declaration that you are delivered from debt will cause solutions to come to you that will set you free from monetary bondage. Start declaring your freedom and watch as the Lord and the Angels come to your aid to assist you to make that confession a reality in your life.
Eph 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
I have money in the bank. I can go out to eat but can’t pay the bill. The money is in the bank. My name is on it and it belongs to me. If I do not know how to download cash from the ATM or to put in a pin code in the little machine, all the money in the bank won’t help me. I have to know how to transfer money somewhere else, from a place in the Banks Universe, into my pocket. Once I have the money I can pay. Everything you need has already been given to you. It is already created but it sits in the spiritual realm. It has your name on it. It is yours to meet all your needs because the Lord has compassion on you. He has placed in spiritual places all the monetary needs you might have.
All you have to do is; listen to the Holy Spirit for a strategy to transfer what belongs already to you. Your needs are already met.

Listen for His plan. He will give it to you, when you are ready to receive it in your spirit. By declaring debt free status over yourself you are preparing your spirit to have enough faith to grab from the spiritual realm what you need to settle your debts. The question is: Are you listening? When you hear the strategy of the Holy Spirit will you respond positively to word and command? If you do; you will in a short time be totally debt free.
Prepare yourself to be debt free by understanding the Lord compassion for your situation. Declare freedom from financial bondage even though right now you cannot see it. Align yourself to the Lords plan for you with your words. Now listen for Holy Ghost strategy. He will tell you what to do.
The Holy Spirit always talks to us when we are ready to listen
